We embrace the Biblical assertion that "the body is a temple" and as such, offer delicious meals to support it. Beyond health considerations, we lean to the ethical commitment (as Jesus would do) to minimize animal suffering and reducing participation in systems of intensive animal confinement and slaughter.

Because our experiences involve mobility, walking and other physical exercise, participants are expected to be able to comfortably walk a minimum of two miles.


How Long Do Retreats Last?


Retreats typically are Friday mid-afternoon, through Sunday, allowing ample time for relaxation and exploration. Some exceptions may occur.


What Should I Expect in Terms of Cost?


Costs vary depending on the location and duration of the retreat. We strive to offer affordable options with flexibility in rooming options while ensuring a high-quality experience.
